Before you approve work
Your written quote or service agreement should identify the work, equipment, price, any deposit, and relevant cancellation or return conditions. Please ask for clarification before approving or paying. This page does not create a fixed refund promise for every type of job.
Canceling or changing an appointment
Contact contact@connectnest7.site or call (662) 703-6188 as soon as possible. Include your name and appointment details. Any cancellation fee must have been disclosed and agreed before booking; there is no automatic cancellation charge established by this website.
Deposits and work not yet performed
If you cancel before work begins, we will review the deposit and any documented, previously authorized costs, including special-order equipment. Any deduction and the remaining balance will be explained. Non-refundable charges apply only where expressly agreed and permitted by law.
Completed or partially completed work
Charges for authorized work already performed are assessed against the agreed scope. If you believe the service was incomplete or does not match the agreement, notify us promptly so we can review the concern and discuss correction, an adjustment, or a refund where appropriate.
Equipment and third-party charges
Equipment return eligibility depends on the agreed sales terms, condition, supplier requirements, and applicable consumer rights. Manufacturer subscriptions and services purchased directly from third parties must be handled with the relevant provider.
If we cannot complete the work
If an appointment must be canceled by Connectnest7 or the agreed work cannot proceed, we will discuss rescheduling or the appropriate refund for unperformed work, taking account of any separately accepted costs.
How to request a review
Email your name, service date, invoice or quote reference if available, and the reason for your request. Do not include full payment card information. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where possible; processing timing will be confirmed when approved.
